South East Rural Community Assistance Project offers housing rehabilitation programs and construction services for water and wastewater infrastructures. The project also assists small business and financial development projects for rural governments. In addition, it serves the states of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. South East Rural Community Assistance Project supplies water to more than 450,000 residents.
