My daughter purchased a used bike several months ago. She got a great deal and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the paperwork on the bike, and Jeff called us personally to fill her in on the issues. The professionalism and sincerity from Jeff and everyone at the dealer couldn't be beat. Jeff took control of the issue, was extremely generous with a solution, and in the end, my daughter walked away very happy and completely satisfied without exception. This dealer is 150 miles one way from us, and we will go back there again for our next purchase. I almost traded in my old bike, but the one I was interested in was already sold! Thank you Jeff and all the folks that made my daughters potentially terrible experience a shining example on how you folks take care of your customers. And if this is how you satisfy your used bike customers, I'll be back down buying my next new bike! I did like that Ultra!
