I had my window broken out at this flying j while an employee was using my car. Security cameras are optional because they don't have cameras where they are needed and the ones they have are junk!!

Flying J's in Roberts is hit or miss when it comes to getting a grilled food item. My small son loves their hot dogs and chili. He always wants me to go there, but half the time nothing is ready. This evening I went with him and they had NO hot dogs of any kind. Not ready, not being made, not even one item on grill! Chili was totally at bottom too and i scraped what i could for my son, but it was gone too. I informed the clerk (Melissa) and she told me "we don't have any hot dogs" I said whoever is in charge of grilled food isn't doing their job. She told me with 1 other customer in the place-we only have 2 clerks and are too busy! I could even understand if they had food cooking, but nothing was even being made. They were obviously paying no attention to that area and I asked to speak to the manager. He was in the back and wouldn't even come out when the clerk called him. The clerk called Christian several times on her headset and she was rude in talking about me-telling him to come DEAL with her" I told her if he isn't going to at least speak to me i was going to write a bad internet review and her response was "go ahead". The manager finally came out from hiding...as I was leaving and said simply-sorry, they are busy-but the place was virtually empty! I don't want to take my son back there. They obviously couldn't care less...
