These are good folks...

We purchased a house with a septic system, and did not know when the last time it was pumped out... Called them and they just happened to have had a tiny bit of history on the house (from the previous owner's inquiry on getting an inspection done)... but didn't know the last pump-out date. Rather than just suggest doing a new pump-out to 'reset the clock', they recommended stopping by for a quick measurement in the tank... they didn't want me to spend the money on a pump-out if it was not needed. How nice is that? Regardless of whether or not I will need the pump-out done, that sort of Customer-centric mindset is the mark of a good Service provider. I will be doing business with these folks again, going forward.

What response!!

I had to call them due to some water backing up onto the lawn. They were there within an hour to look at the problem. This was just before the holiday of the 4th and I was afraid that is was going to be something they could not get to until after. But they fixed it right away. It ment getting the owner to come in with a backhoe and lots of time for them but they did a great job. Little damage to the yard and one happy customer. Thank you Miene!!
