I wouldn't even give them 1 star!! This company rushed us the time when we were most in need by getting us out of the funeral home as soon as the rosary was over!! My husband passed away on May the 3rd. We had to wait to 6 weeks to wait for the toxicology report that's understandable but when we went to sign the last insurance documents on June 20th a staff stated " you are going to be a rich widow" this made me feel so sad I would give anything to bring my husband back but the 3 week later I find out that the staff didn't submit any of the forms to the insurance company. . I work day and night to support my daughters. My house payment is 1200.00..and the bills keep coming. . my husband and I always worked so hard for our daughters to have the best and now that his gone I've been left to pick up the burden.so my daughter's and I were hoping to at least have some help.. the insurance company said it would take 10 days to make the decision. . just can't believe that its July and still RAMON FUNERAL can't submit forms into the insurance company due to the fact that they didn't send in forms.. and their excuse was that "I have other customers and your not the only one". ."Your going to be one rich widow mama!!" I was outraged at the fact first she calls me a "rich widow" now it's July 11th and I called the insurance company and still no forms have been filed and we had 60 days after his death for all insurance forms to be submitted. Yesterday I called the insurance company and they still haven't submitted any forms they told me if we don't do it by this Friday It WOULD BE DENIED!!! I called and she told me she would see if she could find the forms to submit them!!! What kind of business does this!! It's bad enough a family is moroning, then all the bills are coming in but it's ridiculous when the staff laughs and tells you "I will see if I can find the forms!!!!!" I think I better hire a lawyer !! I just wished my husband would be her to handle this situation. .I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy!!
