I've add multiple estimates from multiple companies. There were several that were very high priced, but Ken was very realistic and in the middle. He got on top of my roof with a ladder which no other company did to actually look at the damage. He patiently spent roughly 2 hours during the estimate giving a thorough explanation of the problem due to our multiple questions. He even did a drawing to explain in detail to show my husband and I what needed to be done, and how he would approach the situation compared to a cheap fix that would not last. He also showed several pictures of his past work and mortar samples which appeared to be credible. They started immediately with a half down payment with the rest paid upon completion. My chimney was rebuilt within a week and the brick matches beautifully. I understand other companies might have gotten the job done quicker but he took the time in order to dye the brick for perfect matching and to do the job right. I am very happy with the service and the completed project. I definitely recommend the brick concepts team!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I recently had a chimney fixed, some caulking and tuckpointing done around the house. I still would like them to come back out and do a few other odds and ends. I definitely recommend them! Ken was wonderful at explaining in detail about what he was doing as he went along. He was prompt and on time most days, and sometimes hard to get ahold of but I understand he's a busy guy and juggles a lot!! And bless his wife, Jamie! What a sweet heart! Behind every successful man is a great woman! Will certainly use them again when I'm ready!

Kenny came out and gave me a quote that was second to.none! They were professional and completed my back porch in a timely manner. Its been 5 years since they completed.the job and It still looks great to this day. Ive enjoyed many michigan summer nights with my.friends and family on the porch ken provided for me. Wouldnt have wanted anyone other than brick concepts to work on my home!

They did a significant front porch brick job five years ago. It looked good when they left. The bricks are now separating and in some cases cracking. The contract says 10 year warranty. I want them to come out, review and repair as appropriate. I have called them four times and have not heard back.

Stay clear of them. They make sky high promises and meet none of them. Their work is so bad I will be paying to have it torn up and redone. I have damages on my property that were not there before they did the work. Even the colors do not match.



Unbelievable.



After reading Ken's response I would like to add what actually happened. Ken would not return my calls. I finally got him because I blocked my caller id. He did replace the cement. And now every rain and all winter long you can watch the water running INTO MY GARAGE from the shoddy work they did. Ken is not what he appears to be.

They talk a wonderful game and give you excellent information on what they want to do but did not follow through on the job. I received my estimate on 5-13-13, we looked around before coming back to them around the first of June. They finally came out June 14th with the wrong brick and said they would be out the next day, they never came. Called them in the middle of the week and never heard from them. Called the last Monday because they gave us a great deal and still never called back. They clame to have an A+ rating on Angie's List but how they have handled me is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Watch out for their promises.

I called for estimate and they came right out. The price was really good and the work was of great quality.

This company foes a great job, they have fair prices,and do honest work. They ate on time and was the most knowledgeable about the existing problem, as well as solutions. I highly recommend them...

great work, honest company, would recommend and/or use them again. Ken the owner was very informative of the process being done on my home, and gave me realistic and honest expectations based on cost and how long it would take to fix my chimney. It rained during the process, so there was a day or so that prolonged the job, not their fault. and completely understandable. Again, great company. I had 2 other quotes before, and comparing all 3, Brick concepts was the only company to take the time to teach and explain what the problem was, I really felt like they cared and were sincere.

Great work, great service all around. Had my chimney rebuilt, and some tuckpointing on my home. These guys know what they're doing and the owner was very knowledgable with answering all of my questions, and the work was done in a timely fashion, clean up was great as well. Would highly recommend Brick Concepts and would use them again.
