When they were T&C the service was good. I called about an overdraft charge of $28 on my account. The lady refused to review my account and told me "This time I will credit you the fee". I was stil concerned that someone might have tried to use my account because she claimed there must be a pending debit purchase. Of course no debit ever came through that explained them charging my account. I would have a least liked an appology.
