Been here 14 years, and my only complaint would be the folks who ignore the Association By-Laws. Most of the owners here are about an orderly, mutually considerate lifestyle that's free from drama. Then there are the few others (perhaps those listed below). Maintenance is handled reasonably / Board hears out resident concerns & addresses promptly / violations handled to satisfy the desirable owners not causing drama. If you're looking for a nice, quiet orderly environment - this is the place for you at any age. If you're looking for a place where you can do as you wish, hate rules, never read them before signing a purchase agreement / yet want to move in because it seems like such a great deal financially - there are plenty of other government sponsored developments in Rochester area where people do as they please without interruption.

As for me and my neighbors - we're all very happy here.

Can confirm with Nostromo909. Moved in and the first day, during the move in, my wife's car was ever so slightly on the grass. Old crotchety neighbor lady comes out to complain. Neighbors with dogs constantly walk through our back yard area, even at night which is a bit odd to look out and see someone looking into your condo. Within a week we have received a complaint that we didn't clean up a dog mess in our back yard fast enough. WTF. Don't these people have anything better to do than worry about what goes on in MY condo?

The grounds are very nice and the locations is great. HOWEVER the complex is filled with miserable old people who have literally nothing better to do than spy on each other and rat each other out to the association and/or management company who make no investigation whatsoever and send out nasty grams and threatening letters.



I've only been here a year and between that and their yappy dogs that bark non stop I'm ready to sell. I put tons of time, effort and sweat-equity fixing up the place and I feel like I've wasted my time.



I moved from an apartment complex filled with drunken obnoxious frat boys and this place is 1,000 times worse. At least the frat boys slept the day away. These people are out at dawn walking their dogs which means they're on patrol to look for whatever they can report on. I feel like I'm always being watched.



If you hate anyone under the age of 65 and are an unhappy nosy busybody then this is the place for you.
