Unless you are a unit that faces the street, or rub elbows with board members or management, do not expect to get necessary repairs to exterior of building. Could this be perhaps due to fiscal irresponsibility from this company (THOROUGHLY investigate them yourself). Interesting how they continue to raise association fees regardless and there are always additional costly "assessments".One can't help but wonder if it's to cover for their inability to pay taxes appropriately in an timely manner? Perhaps assessments are a cover to "recover" money from mishaps and numerous foreclosures. Know many who live in condominiums not only in Michigan,but other US states. Not only do they not have issues, they are completely astounded at the misdeeds occurring here.

This company is no more than a strong arm for over zealous home owner and condo associations. If you are having financial problems and can not pay association dues than they will levy excessive administration fines and use attorneys who charge $500 dollars to write letters to delinquent association members. They make banks look saintly.
