These guys are awesome !!!!!! They go above and beyond to satisfy there customers !!!!! I love this location .... they are like family ... great service and very knowledgeable thanks Jim , Bo , Chris & Kevin for everything you guys rock !!!!!!!

Took my car in for an alignment. Got it back, steering wheel was now longer at 12:00, it was pointed at 1:00. It tracked straight, just felt weird to drive. There was no alignment problem initially, but I bought new tires and an alignment is suggested. The manager said that it was fine, but I brought it back due to the steering wheel being off. Manager again said it was the cars fault (?) and that the steering box was bad from age. Learn to live with it. I took the car to Rochester Firestone. They re-aligned it. Showed me the print - out that Midas was way out of specifications and basically lazy.

After having brake issues, the guys took a look at my car and recommended some options for my car. Not once did they try and sell me anything extra, and actually repaired my car and beat the coupon price online. Hey accommodated my late arrival and lack of appointment without any complaint or problems. They even let me take a look at the problems and explained what they needed to do. I was extremely impressed. I give my highest recommendation to the shop, and know that I will never go anywhere else. Thank you to Steven and the rest of the guys for all of your help!

I went in for service on my car and this place was so helpful and the service was very fast,my car was checked out and all was reviewed with me,i felt like I was at the right place and the other customers I talked with in the waiting room said they had been here before,its good to know there are still excellent shops like Midas that treat people right and make you feel like family

Had car fixed at another place but it was still making noise. Midas figured out problem. Thank you Midas!

DONT go here.I took my mothers toyota to them to find shake in the front end.They told me it was a half shaft which i found out later is called some thing else.They wanted 430.00 dollars to fix it.Ithought that was real high .when i said some thing it came down to 373.00 dollars.The meck. that looked at it said i think again and again this is whats wrong.Took it some place else that said they would do it for 270.00 dollars.After all that it just needed a font end alignment ..cost 34.00 dollars. Will never go here again.
