I've lived at this complex for a few years. The management is uneducated and they are only concerned with money and profit.They trick you into thinking all is ok, but when it comes time for a lease renewal, they stab you in the back.EVERYTHING cost extra!! Dont be fooled by all the so called bargains they present at the lease signing. They will have maintenance come into YOUR apartments, UNANNOUNCED to see if you are breaking any lease rules.. They will find a excuse to add onto your so called SPECIAL priced lease. Read the lease agreement carefully!!Its unfortunate how misleading Dart is and Pine Ridge.I would seek out other apartments before ever considering this property.
