Brought in my taxes along with a letter outlining everything that needed to be included on my returns. The tax preparer totally ignored that letter, never even bothered to call me with questions. Not only did it cost me to file my returns but it cost an additional $100 to file an amendment. No apologies, no admission of the mistake. Horrible Service!!
