The center operates more than 200 skilled nursing, assisted living, retirement, home care and Alzheimer's centers in over 25 U.S. states. It provides housing arrangements and amenities, home assisted and retirement living, and nursing care and related services. The Life Care Center of Rochester offers skilled nursing care, inpatient rehabilitation, wound management, and suction and oxygen therapies. In addition, the center provides physical and occupational therapies and maintains a speech language pathology unit. It has a life care center in Rochester, Ind.

My parents were admitted to Life Care for rehabilitation. They received exceptional care during their stay and now call Life Care home. The staff are caring people who treat you like family. They go above and beyond to meet your needs. We thank you for taking care of my parents and all that you do.

My grandma has had two stays with Life Care Center of Rochester. Her first stay helped her get strong enough to have hip replacement surgery. Getting clearance for surgery had been a struggle until after receiving care from their staff. The rehab team helped her gain her strength and she enjoyed the laughter she had with them during treatments. She told me over and over how nice everyone was there. Grandma didn't want to go to a nursing facility because of the misconception people have of them, but she said her stay made her feel better about going if she needed to in the future and she wanted to come back after her hip surgery. Grandma had her hip replacement a couple of weeks ago and is now ready to go home. She is so confident In her regained abilities to walk because of the great rehabilitation at Life Care. We highly recommend that anyone who needs long term or rehab to home, consider this facility.
