Lisa and her team have taken excellent care of my property; very attentive to the needs of the clients, quick with financial results and fair with their pricing. I would highly recommend their services.

Basically, they are "your silent partners" in you rent, guaranteed 40% or more of your rent money will go to some maintenance issues plus their fees and if the maintenance issue is less than 200 dollars " they don't consider that too much money to spend" they don't bother to call to spend the money, after I broker the contract with them, most of the maintenance issues they claim and charge to fix are not even touched.

RUN AWAY from Aspect Properties!

Aspect has managed my duplex for the past 2 years and it has been a horrible experience. The first tenant they placed just left and broke their lease after 6 months. Then the 2nd tenant that they placed had to be evicted after 6 months!

I paid them 3 months ago for repairs that have still not been completed - even though the unit has been sitting vacant for the past 2 months.

I have several rental properties all over the US, and have NEVER had this bad of problems with a property management company ever before!

I don't know if they just don't care, or if their team is incompetent. Obviously they aren't really managing my property at all.

I hired Beal Properties to replace Aspect, and Beal had the repairs done within a week!

I only wish I would have cancelled with Aspect sooner!

Since day 1, Lisa has been great! Very friendly, my kids took to her immediately. Good service, sometimes even personal - when my sinkerator wouldn't work, she PERSONALLY, pumped it for me. When the ac was leaking, she lent me her pail to catch the water and the next week, the ac was repaired. Her service is prompt. All that with a friendly smile. Aside from the apartment itself, a good, friendly, professional, accommodating, manager is what me and my husband look for. SHE IS DEFINITELY ALL THAT AND MORE.

I have been a tenant of Aspect Properties for three years and I could not be happier!The property is always well groomed, and the units are very well taken care of. Every time I have a maintenance question or issue, the office is extremely responsive and the issue is handled within a couple of days.In addition of being efficient, everyone at the office is always friendy, helpful, professional and personable. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Basement flooded and they had the nerve to charge me $400 for a water bill. Never ever paid that large amount in my life! Thieves! Took them 2 months to mail out my security deposit that was slashed in half practically. Crooks. I left that house cleaner and more in order than when we moved in. Over priced and not customer oriented at all. All about the money! First and last time renting! So glad we moved back to the south! If I could I would give them a negative star rating
