Went in with a grandfathered plan, was told I was just "adding an upgrade" and my awesome 15 year old

Plan was cancelled. So some

Girl could make commission. Tried to change it two hours later and they had to "file a case" to get my old plan back, and It may not work!! The 'free' phone actually cost me $660 They don't explain the plans to customers and get money for changing your current plan (my nephew has worked for them 10+ years, and was appalled when he saw how badly my family plan got screwed over!)



DONT GO HERE. THE ROYAL OAK ATT IS MUCH BETTER AND MORE HONEST

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE OK WHEN YOU FIRST GO IN. BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY ARE RUDE. THEY DON'T HELP. I WISH I NEVER WENT TO THIS STORE!!!!! TO BAD THEY DON'T HAVE NEGATIVE RATINGS THEY WOULF GET MINUS 100!!!
