I am very pleased with my experience at the Rochester Center. I had never been to any type of therapist before and was a bit anxious and didn't know what to expect. My therapist was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful in figuring out what was going on with me and ways I could work through it. I felt very comfortable with her and was very pleased with the experience overall.

Our therapist has walked through the struggles of life with both my daughter and myself. She has helped us cope with our feelings, make strategic decisions about important steps in our lives, and guided us on a path of calm, strength and wellness. She approached all situations with empathy, kindness and wisdom. The insight that we have gained through our counseling has changed the dynamics of our lives in many positive ways! I highly, highly recommend!

Best place to go for ADHD treatments . I see the nurse are great and therpIst are wonderful . They really care and always on time with Appts .They will try a number of different medications for you as well.

Dr. Young is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great doctor and caring staff. Work with you to understand your needs and care more about you personally than labeling you. Highly recommend.
