We appreciate your making us aware of the situation although we wish you would have contacted us directly. We hope you will accept our sincere apologies for the experience your daughter had at our salon and spa. We would never have let her leave the salon and feel the way she did if we had known she wasn't truly satisfied. As a salon and spa thats been in business for 30 years we pride ourselves on our continuing education, creativity and support we give to all our clients. Absolutely the worst. He is the story. My daughter decided that she wanted to have her make professionally done for her prom. I suggested that she go to Secrets since her regular salon was full as were all of the other salons in Troy. She arrived for her appointment on 4-18 at 1:00 PM (so you can see that she was really there). She was only allowed to look at herself several times very early in the process, because "she made the makeup person nervous" by watching her work. There was a good reason for this because this person made her up to look like a clown. She cried all of the way home and her mother had to spend 15 minutes removing the crap that was applied to her. She is a light skinned blue eyed blonde, so when she came home with makeup so thick that her skin was a different color, her checks were blue and she had dark red lipstick so thick that it was beyond belief. It seems that she was this person's first guinea pig and she needed someone to practice her obvious lack of skills on. $50 out the window for this obvious con job that this salon tried to pull on a high school girl that came by herself. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS SALON, for what they did to my daughter is inexcusable.

My wife and I were in auburn hills on holidays and booked secrets for a 90 min massage for myself and my wife a spa facial. We got exactly what we wanted and more. Very professional, on time, and good price. The massage was amazing. I have my own business and most businesses are not deserving of a great review, but this one does.
