Provided by YP.comMy wife and I went through lots of effort in designing t-shirts for a huge fundraising walk at the Mall of America. They had undercut all other verbal costs given to us by other companies. The owner had told my wife that they would screen print shirts for $2.50 per side and also said the shirt cost would be $5 (5+2.50+2.50=10 where I went to school). He also said normal turn around would be 1-2 days (we placed order 1 & 1/2 weeks in advance). It not only took over 1 week but the quality was horrible to say the least. It wasn't even screen printing; it was the heat pressed iron on paper you can get from Wal Mart. I literally could've done a better job at home with an iron. The front was a caricature of my deceased father who passed due to type 1 diabetes and the back was our team name. My wife was in hurry to get to work and picked up shirts without inspection. We should have been able to trust the quality, especially since they overcharged us $100 from quoted price!! Something like 9 out of 13 shirts were either smudged, cracked, or one even had what appeared to be a cheese stain or something that soaked through both layers of one shirt. The owner and his son were irate and rude; my wife felt very uncomfortable. They even tried blaming it on the artwork. When she asked what he was going to do to resolve the issue, he would not say one word. He just looked down at shirt and literally was huffing and puffing. She asked multiple times with no response. The owners son walked away almost visibly shaking from being so mad. They gave us a minimal refund but refused to take shirts back. Will NEVER do any business with them again. About the worst customer service experience imaginable. Go to Insty Prints!

Provided by YP.comDO NOT go here for you embroidery needs. I took 2 sweatshirts here to be embroidered for Christmas presents and they turned out horrible!!!! The person there was not helpful in designing the gifts. He did not show any thread colors or font choices. I should have left right at that point! I asked for the charcoal sweatshirt to have a light gray thread, I got Black thread that is barely visible on the shirt let a lone readable. On the other black sweatshirt I asked for a graphic of a medium brown and a darker brown, I got an ivory/tan and brown. On this shame shirt I asked for the writing to match the graphic and it was done in gray!!!!!!! I told the owner that I was not happy with the work that was done and that it was not what I asked for. He got angry and refused to offer a discount or to fix the problem. DO NOT go here for you embroidery needs.
