I have built 2 houses now through BIGELOW they have treated my wife and I very well everything we wanted we got didnt have to remind them at all when the inspections were done they emailed them to us over all i would continue to build through bigelow they stand behind the stuff

If you decide to buy from or build with Bigelow Homes, make sure that you are very clear about your changes and submit your list in writing. Also make sure that you keep contacting them about the changes, as they will not make an effort to contact you. We have been in our new house for almost 3 months, and Bigelow has made no effort on their part to call about our changes. A shoddy job was done on a majority of our kitchen cabinets, as well as our bathroom cabinets; glue smudges, misaligned, un-matching doors, huge gaps, etc. It was necessary to call Bigelow repeatedly in order to be serviced. Before a service professional finally came out, they explained to us that the doors had just been ordered; a month after the request was submitted in writing. All the repair man fixed was a poorly sheet-rocked step in the garage and the alignment the front chandelier. The house is fairly nice, for what we paid considering the poor economy. However, I will not use Bigelow Homes in the future.
