I lived out of town and had to locate a place to live via online searches. After coming to Rochester and seeing several viewings, I quickly learned that many of the listings were not close to the clinics, were not in safe neighborhoods, or conveniently located to public transportation, restaurants, and entertainment. These units are very clean, well managed, and priced below market value. I would highly recommend this building to someone that is looking for a clean, safe, and convenient location, and love that most of my neighbors are medical professionals.
