They just called me twice in one week about a small but good sale. From 2001- 2011. I averaged about $3,000- $5000 a year. A few years. Higher Yes a good loyal customer

I found about $550 of nice pieces. She wanted a credit card. I said fine. And said I would be there in person in two days on Thursday. So in an effort to keep our credit card debt down , and I disclosed my husbands layoff l march 2012 for the first time , Could I pay with my card. Then on Thursday pay cash

Incredibly .... She said no

So I purely told the salesperson I guess she was willing to lose a long time loyal customer, And said farewell

No one needs anything that badly

What had happened to loyal good customers???
