WORST WORST WORST.....I wouldn't even give this 1 star. Took my husband's brand new $150 shirt in with other items....they shorted me the shirt with a lame excuse that something was stained on it which was completely false as it had only been worn twice...called back twice and got the run around and finally went in 11 days later and experienced the WORST customer service ever....told me I could wait for 30 minutes for someone to come to talk to me...had the worker call the boss while I was being called rud for wanting an explanation to where my shirt was, which obviously they lost and knew the entire time...gave me a $100 for my $150 shirt that I was told wasn't new anyway and to find a new dry cleaner because they're incompetent???.....ugh, no sh*t

Terrible service! They destroyed two expensive cashmere sweaters and when I asked them for compensation first the shop assistant and then the owner (Greg) were very rude and basically told me that they don'y want to know anything about it. The cost of the ruined clothes was about $160 which is much more then the cost of dry cleaning service. Beware of this place. Irresponsible and rude people.
