Beyond disappointing

I went through Xcel Energy to have a new furnace put in. They contracted with Haley Comfort Systems to install the furnace. On Friday 12/03/10 I called Haley to setup an appt. I had water leaking all over my basement from the furnace they put in. Haley said they would be at my house between 3pm-5pm on Monday 12/06/10. 3pm came and went. So did 4pm. Now it's 5pm. Still no Haley Comfort Systems. No call either. I had to leave work early to be home for the repair man. Tuesday morning, Haley doesn't even call me to apologize. I finally call them later on Tuesday. No apology or anything. They didn't even offer an excuse. Again, I had taken time off work to be at the house. I had to take more time the next day so they could come out. I am just so disgusted by their nonchalant attitude towards missing an appt they had. I will never use them again. I hope you don't either.
