We had a poor experience with this agency. We often did not receive information related to the parent group being canceled. My spouse and I took time off work, only to arrive at the center and learn the group had been canceled.
The customer service was horrible. We often needed to call multiple times and leave numerous messages in order to receive a return telephone call from the office staff and our daughter's therapist.

The therapist who facilitated the DBT skills group told our daughter she could be done in group 2 weeks early, with no forwarning. Our daughter arrived to group and was told that she could leave. There was no communication with us as the parents about this (our daughter was a minor). We did not have the opportunity to ask questions or receive clarification on this. When I called the agency to question this, I never received a call back. Very negative experience. The therapist was not very authentic or forthcoming.
