Hoover Elementary is a part of Rochester Public Schools District. Based in Rochester, Minn., it offers academic programs for Third, Fourth and Fifth grades, besides providing lessons on music, art, physical education and speech. The school has a library media center and renders food and student nutrition services as well. The institution organizes a variety of activities, such as Hoover fun night, math busters club and the lego robotic club, in which the students develop building, computer programming, problem solving and teamwork skills. The community education department of Hoover Elementary offers the school age child care program for children.
