K & S should not be allowed to continue business

We contracted K & S for a new heater. I have had them out at least one time every year and most times two or three times to fix the heater. They are not friendly nor ethical, the continue to fix the same problem and charge every time. I have left at least 5 messages regarding the bill and they don't get returned. I wish I could have read reviews on them before as there are many more unsatisified customers out there than there are satisified. K & S should not be allowed to keep in business.

Quick and really take care of you

Our heat went out during the night and when we called in the morning they came within the hour and fixed it quickly, wow that's service!
