Kids Come 1st opened in 1989. We are locally owned and operated by Kibby Hanson. We have three great local locations to meet the needs of our growing community and our primary goal is to serve the needs of Rochester, MN area families by providing the highest quality child care programs available. Kids Come 1st services include: • We accept children 6 weeks old to 5th grade age • Small, intimate setting for learning • Creative curriculum • Transportation to Rochester Schools • Children are provided three meals a day • Large indoor and outdoor play areas • Infant Programs • Parent/Teacher conferences We know each child is unique and special and deserves a healthy, safe and nurturing environment. Each classroom has a minimum of three staff personnel, two of which are certified teachers and/or assistants teachers. These staff members are trained to care for all of your child's needs. Throughout the day each classroom provides a time where the children are engaged and exploring the theme or curriculum for the week. We are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Accreditation is awarded only to high quality early childhood programs reviewed by a national commission comprising recognized experts in childcare and early childhood education. We are located close to the Mayo Clinic for easy drop off and pickup in three convenient locations! Call Kids Come 1st Children's Centers today with questions and schedule your personal tour!
