Mark Dudley stole the most important part out of our big screen TV and it has been over two years and he has not gotten back to us. He does not return his phone calls, or anything. He needs to go to Prison for theft

Same review as Woody2. Took our Samsung projection unit and never returned it. No updates ever. Eventually stopped answering his phone and kept the part. We tried getting the police involved but they said there was nothing they could do? BS. We're going to the police again and someone will get sued.

My interaction with MD Electronics was the worst customer-service experience I have ever had. The owner/operator took my TV projection unit for repairs. Four weeks later - no updates, no work completed. He advised that he did not have time to provide telephone updates to his "hundreds of customers". Moreover, he advised that he had no alternative number to reach me or my wife at during the daytime, although this was provided to him as evidenced in the service slip that he completed. He called me "difficult" for requesting follow-up communication. He then refused to return the part to me. Eventually, the Rochester police had to become involved, and only then was the part returned. The Minnesota Better Business Bureau lists 4 separate complaints with a similar theme over the last 36 months, and mine is now the fifth.
