Opal was very pleasant and very flexible. Her work is excellent and I would recommend her for any tailoring.

I have been going to Opal for all my tailoring needs since 2010 and she is amazing! She works magic with clothing! I can bring her items that I would love to wear but don't fit and she creates a garment that is flattering and fitting. She does great work with suits and has done work on all my husbands suits.

Opal is professional, has competitive pricing, and willing to go the extra mile for her customers. She is the best in the business!

Opal does wonderful work transforming poorly fitted clothing into well tailored, perfectly fitting, classy articles of clothing I find myself reaching for frequently. I would highly recommend Opal.

Very bad. Do not recommend.

She was not professional. Charged high prices for mediocre work. Had to return multiple times and she still did not finish my suit in time. Please do not go to her. I was referred to Opal's by the rep from Macy's and I was certain that she would do an awesome job, I was sadly disappointed. Save your money, time, and the headache of finding another tailor to redo her work! Strongly do not recommend!!

Very poor customer service. She had forgotten to do some alterations we discussed and did some alterations we discussed NOT doing. She had my clothing for a very long time. High prices for mediocre work. A seam came out during the first day of wear but I will not take it back to Opal to get it fixed.
