The worst customer service ever. Employees were obese and lazy and refused to take are pictures cause we were 5 minutes late on a 4hr drive. I would not recommend this place to anybody especially the store in Rochester Mn. Thanks sam

Our firm needed several professional portraits in a hurry. Portrait Innovations appeared to be able to meet our rights requirements and timeline, and the example photos on their website looked acceptable. The portraits we received, however, are muddy, out of focus, dark, grainy, and do not have the background we had discussed. We cannot use the photos, and we will not use Portrait Innovations, again.

AWESOME - whole experience! Relaxing atmosphere! Lego's for children. Back drops numerous with two different studios! Manager and photographer managed to pull 3 yr. out of tantrum plus the 6 yr. old had real smiles not fake! Highly recommend. Prices very reasonable. Quality of pictures - excellent. Time and patience with children and parents was exceptional! Very helpful with picking out the best poses (for purchase). We are coming back again - at least twice a year!

I have gone to Portrait Innovations twice, once circa December 2009, and again June 2011. My experience is as follows. Pros: The wait time has usually been minimal. I really like receiving the portraits THAT DAY versus returning to the store again or waiting for them in the mail. Cons: The staff at the œShops on Main Rochester, MN location did not look very motivated. One girl was walking around in her socks, until she sat down to read her Kindle. Despite my asking, in advance, that we shoot five or fewer poses for the basic package (the œdeal or hook package to get you in the door at $9.95), we shot some 30 poses Overall: competitively priced. Good feel of store layout. Personnel could be more outgoing/appear more motivated. Pictures are great quality. If you go in knowing that youll experience some sales pressure and need entertainment for the kids while you run their sales gauntlet, youll be fine.
