I visited Ravissant today for the first time. I have never received such a great cut - ever. Tiffany cut my hair and she made me feel special. She spent a great deal of time with me, she listened to me and cut my hair the way I asked her to. Tiffany had great advice and information for me. I have visited countless salons in Rochester and Ravissant was unique and personal. I was expecting the bill to be a higher than most salons, but it was a pleasant surprise how reasonable it was. Ravissant is my new salon.

If one is going to operate a salon, either do it well or don't bother. This salon never answers the phone on a regular basis. There is never a receptionist at the desk. The place is echoing and nearly empty and I can see why few stylists work there. There is not a feeling of a lively and happening salon. The colors are soooo tranquil and bleak, it is depressing. Step up to the plate, people.
