Terrible customer service. I buy things for Xmas all year long and put them in a closet till Xmas. Bought a tablet on sale clerk said to keep the receipts as we had reservations on buying this and not being able to return it if needed. The person I bought it for just purchased one for themselves. I have no one to give it to. Took it back to get a refund. New in the box with the receipt. Told me they have a policy can't take returns after 30 days. Then they offered me $14 for an item I payed $55 for. When I said that wasn't acceptable, they suggested I take it to the other shopko in town where I originally purchased it. Why would they treat me any better? It's the same company. This is a bad company you can buy the same stuff elsewhere and should. I did everything right and got treated badly. I got a call in to there corporate office, I hope when they get back to me they make this right. I may shop here again if they do, for now I'm staying away. If I could I'd give them negative point rating if I could.
