I can not believe the disgusting behavior by these drivers! Not only do they smoke in their vehicles, which state no smoking all over them, they smoke on school property! And then? They put children, elementary school children, into these smoke filled vehicles. I don't care if they have that window open, they are putting children's lives at risk. They also are disrespectful of the law when it comes to Handicapped parking. I have come many times to pick my children up at Idelhurst school, and I am unable to park in the handicapped parking, for which I have authority to do so per my doctor and the DMV of NH, because they have parked in these spots. No indication of having handicapped permission. Watch out for their Selfie sticks too!



I will never recommend this company to a soul. This company is so self- righteous, I'd hate to send enemy my worst enemy on a ride with them.

They claim to be a 24 hour service, but I just called 11 times in a row and no response. Just another LILAC CITY TAXI experience.

7$ local rate is nothing but a scame,folks your being scamed only good if your going 3 milesor more and you really should do backround checks on a few of the drivers who are driving you around someones gonna get killed by stupidity. and think about it if you r only going a mile to go shopping.then you call and get a ride home ,THATS 14$ BUCKS FOR 2MILES. One person who drives for ed now was fired by me for crashing the taxi not once but twice in less then 6 weeks.you might think he learned a lesson but after ed hired him back against my wishes he has damaged the cab 2 times i know of due to poor attention speed and my favorite talking on the phone almost constantly.ps in conclustion as the founder of franks taxi,i feel a oblgation to tell you local little poeple only going a mile and paying 7$ each way you are paying for folks with deep pockets YOU WOULD HAVE TO PUT A GUN TO MY HEAD TO GET ME IN A FRANKS TAXI AND REMEMBER THIS I AM FRANK DENTY

Excellent company. Professional, courteous, friendly and affordable! I just wish they would expand to Dover!

My sister-in-law called and was told they would pick her & her boyfriend up in an hour and said they couldn't take her wheelchair. They were being picked up in Dover and going to Rochester. When she called back the girl said don't know how long it's going to be that they can't pick up til the morning. I know I wouldn't use them.

Just took Frank's and had a great experience. $5 anywhere in town can't be beat, especially by lilac! Tom and the other drivers are great people too. Good conversation, and great new cars!

There has been a huge change with the new drivers, Kari and Woody!!! These guys are prompt, professional and courteous. The 5 dollar anywhere in Rochester deal is the best around. Their prices outside of Rochester can't be beat either. I'd definitely never use another cab company again. Highly recommended!!!

Great company. I was very pleased and impressed with their promptness, the quality of their vehicles and friendliness of their drivers, not to mention the price! I very highly recommend Frank's.

Under the new ownership Frank's Taxi is, in my eyes the only cab service in town. $5 anywhere in Rochester? My husband and I have tried other cab companies and none of them compare. The drivers are friendly, helpful and the cabs are beautiful! I am proud to be a loyal customer!

I have used this service and was happy every time. Clean, on time, (early) polite, haven't had a problem and would recommend them. I need them to get to work and they haven't let me down once, I will continue to use them.

Awful, driver had no clue where she was going for a pick up even though on main road. Waited over an hour, then when called to speak to the owner was told to F off!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE. WALKING WOULD BE BETTER!

After waiting around for an hour on another taxi I called Frank's, he was at my door step within 10 minutes ready to go! He took me just over 2 miles and the price was $5.75, unbelieveable! Frank's "Time Machine" Taxi is the way to go and I will continue to use him regularly.

you got to be kidding me!!!!! just aweful, this guys taxi smelled, i thought it was going to fall apart it was in such shambles...
