I dropped my van off at 430pm ... by 6pm I had received a call that my brake work was done, and they wanted to know where to drop it off for me. I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff of R&J Auto Body is. They are kind, courteous, friendly, and incredibly professional. I will not go anywhere else, and I highly - Highly - HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends and family. Help support a small family local business, and get top dollar service. i dunno what happened to the person with the bad review, but i had a great experience there. they do good work and took care of the insurance claim.

R & J Auto Body is a friendly AND professional business. They did an excellent job repairing my car and stand by that repair with a lifetime warranty. Good turn around time on an extensive repair. They even offered to help remove charges from my credit card for a car rental that should have gone to the insurance company. I would return to them in a heart beat if I ever need auto body work in the future!!!
