I had come in to get my hair colored from a brown to a beautiful natural red and it was horrible it was nothing like the pictures i showed her and to make it worse she bleached the back of my shirt in the process and didn't even tell me i didn't find out till i got home the color of my hair was uneven all over the place it was a horrible experience

Very poor customer service. Waited 20 minutes while no one came to tell me they were running late. An employee came to the area I many times to answer the phone while I was waiting but did not say anything. She rolled her eyes during each phone call so you can guess this is what she is doing if you call. Bad karma in this place.
