Provided by YP.comThe Rochester Kohls has the worst customer service and their prices are so much higher than Newington Kohls which makes no sense. Everytime you mention Newington Kohls to the Rochester store they bad mouth them which is pretty unprofessional even the managers at the Rochester store bad mouth them. If they plan to keep the store open they might want to keep the prices the same as the Newington store and the customer service needs to be friendlier and more helpful. The cashiers and managers are more like robots than anything. Shop at the Newington Kohls if you want good deals and friendly cashiers.

Provided by YP.comIt is like walking in to a morgue. I use to love shopping in the store until recently. The store manager is a wreck and there is no customer service what so ever. I am very sorry for this company. There choices lately have shown they are are more interested in themselves than there customer.
