I have been going to Tresses for a few years now. I'm not great at booking ahead but have always been able to get an appointment for a great haircut with not much notice. I have highlights done a few times a year and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and attentive. My teenage son has just started going here regularly as well and has been happy with cuts from any one of the ladies he's had!

I had such a bad experience here. I said I wanted a darker color but with multiple tones. I ended up with brass streaks that were not done well at all not even considering the brassy color when I wanted nothing close to blonde at all. She tried to fix hair twice and was unable to get streaks out. They charged over the price quoted. When I called the manager she refused to give money back and offered to have her try to fix it again. When I asked for a different stylist she said none were available. she was very rude. I went to a different salon. They fixed my hair in one try. Would never recommend this place. In my opinion you have better luck going to salons in Walmart.
