The Rural/Metro Corporation is the official 911 ambulance service provider for the City of Rochester, N.Y. It also provides back-up service and mutual aid for New York s Monroe and Livingston county volunteer agencies. Rural Metro s home care division is a fully-licensed home health care agency that coordinates services that provide patients with competent, compassionate caregivers that possess the appropriate skills and experience that assure quality care. Rural/Metro offers services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
