We have a well with sulfur water and when we moved to this house at end of last year ('07), it was one of the first

things we wanted to solve. So we called around different companies and got some estimates.

We have never had to deal with this before so we didn't know what we were getting into.

These systems require a lot of maintenance and not only that but the guarantee that you pay for in a yearly basis only covers you for manufacturing issues. Which we did end up using only after 7 mos. using it.

A year later, we had to call them again because the water was not working properly. It turns out that there were some valves that weren't working that we need to replace frequently (in some cases every year) but that the technician who installed the system didn't mentioned.

So they send a technician to replace the valves, that we could have changed ourselves (but didn't know), and it probably took him 10 min or less. and we had to pay the $135 for the service not including the valves.

I have not been happy with this system at all and I would suggest if you are looking for water systems do your homework because this one it's a huge pain in the neck!
