Worst customer service I've ever experienced!!! Had a coupon that expired on 2/1/14, went their on that date and was told in a very rude way that they wouldn't honor the coupon. My wife had already been told the coupon expired, so she paid full price for our food. When I asked for a refund, the owner/manager smugly pointed to a sign that said "No cash refunds". While I was argueing the point that coupons expire at the end of that business day, another couple came in with the same coupon. He was equally as rude to them. I thought everone in the world knew that the expiration date on a coupon meant it was good through that business day?!?! If you are going to run a business, I would think you would definately know it. Not to mention, the poor customer service you are providing by not accepting a coupon when you have multiple CUSTOMERS telling you that you are wrong...and then being extremely rude on top of it. Note to owner/management: Your rudeness may be a way of life in Brooklyn/NYC, but it won't be tolerated here!!!

Best pizza in town by far!!

Joe's has definitely got the best pizza in Rochester. Good prices, and the service is always good. Always send friends there when they want pizza.
