Brought a ring in to be adjusted. They said the work would cost $35. No Biggy. After having the ring for a week owner called to say it could not be adjusted by conventional heating, needed to use laser and the cost would be $60, OK.....and the laser is broke down will take an additional one to two weeks for laser repair and work to get done. Still alright but loosing steam. FOUR AND A HALF MORE WEEKS go by and we have to call and say hey, what's the deal? Not good now.Staff says "oh we will have them rush the job (LMAO) and it will be ready in 4 days". The owner then has staff call back 5 minutes later and say it will be end of next week on that "rush job" that we dropped off FIVE AND A HALF WEEKS ago. So, it will be an additional 10 days not 4 days. Guess what the 10 days ended yesterday with no call as promised to say the work is done. SEVEN AND A HALF WEEKS WITH NO CALL FROM BLUE GROUND . It was a simple repair that would take about 30 minutes to perform. Anyone who uses this jeweler needs a shrink to go with it.
