Brown Square gives overall good care to their patients. It's clean. Staff are professionals, nice n caring. Security is enforced. However Scheduling and returns calls can b improved!
I have a great professional relationship with NP Kyle Andrew's. He is caring, friendly, well mannered and saved my life twice.
I came in the office not aware my sickness was Covid. He sent me to the hospital via Ambulance. I stayed there for several days. The doctors stated I arrived just in time. As I was very sick.
Months later I had pain in my side n cld barely walk. Kyle examined me. Sent me to a Specialist n was told my Gallbladder needed to come out.
I'm very thankful to this young Man. He is thoughtful and makes a person feel comfortable during visits. Hes not stiff r short patience!
We need more Professionals like him! Kyle Andrew's is by far the best medical professional I've ever had!
An Award shld b given to Kyle. As all of his Patients n Staff love n respect this young professional gentleman!
My Nephew will b graduating college soon. I've spoken very highly of Kyle to him. As I stated to my Nephew the key to being a great doctor starts with a smile! Extend a hand, listen, ask questions, don't judge, give suggestions, b honest, make a person feel comfortable n show u care!
Kyle Andrew is n does all of that!
