BTU Special Events was on my list of choices for my daughter's wedding at Morgan Samuel Inn. We had seen his catering and staffing business several times at several events and thought they must be good if so many people used them. It was the best choice we made for the wedding because they MADE the event even more special.



First of all, Rich is wonderful and so much fun to work with. I wish I could do another event just to hang out with him. He loves what he does and does it with style. The biggest compliments of the wedding were all about the friendly staff and how yummy the food look and tasted. Everything was delicious and the big hit was the scallop appetizers and the beef empanadas! The cake was incredible, and he brought lovely centerpieces as well as candles, linens, and high-end glass decorations! Go to Rich before you start planning and he will save you a lot of work and money!



Rich and the rest of his team was the best choice I made for the wedding. A big THANK YOU from all of us!
