Not impressed with the set up or the tellers. Not up to Canandaigua Bank service that I have received in the past.

Service sucked. Train your staff. Tried to cash a $70 check and was given the run around. Not to mention I had over $50000 in the bank and $1000 in the checking account. Stupid teller could not put a hold on my checking account for $70.00. Said he had to call my branch. Well I bank at Canandaigua Bank not at a branch. Stupid Asian male. Took 29 minutes to cash a $70 Check, You would think I had a check for $50,000.00.
