Did the initial cleaning well but left a quote for some repair work that still needed to be done. Tried to schedule the repair with them but they would never commit to a time/date. Shopped around to other chimney repair companies and found out that this company had completely low-balled the quote for the repair-every company we spoke to us said the repair would be over $2,000! Had we not shopped around we would never have found out because this company would not even be straightforward with us - we weren't expecting them to lose money on a job but when a repair we expected to cost around $400 goes in excess of $2,000 it would've been good customer service just to be honest with us about the misquote from this company.
