The center is one of the largest providers of family services in Rochester in New York. The Catholic Family Center offers counseling solutions for matters related to substance abuse. It also provides therapeutic foster care, early intervention, parenting, youth and case management services. The center serves more than 64,000 individuals annually. The Catholic Family Center additionally administers unaccompanied refugee minors and employee assistance programs. In addition, it offers mental health care and psychiatric rehabilitation solutions. The Catholic Family Center operates Sanctuary House and the Francis Center.
