I had a great experience at the dealership. I was greeted by a friendly salesman and he answered all of my questions. He was honest and very professional. Hi this was my 4th Chrysler van I have purchased. I wasn't happy with the BS that I was getting from the place where I purchased my other Van from they always gave me one thing but took it away from something else. I found Cortese on a online search and was so glad I did!

Before we even walked in the door, Paul greeted us and was so incredibly welcoming. We had never leased a vehicle before and were nervous about the entire process and financial requirements. Further, my fiancé had to work later in the day and we didn't have much time on our hands. Paul eased us of every worry and took the process step by step - allowing the experience to be enjoyable rather than overwhelming. He listened to our preferences and picked out the perfect vehicle. He made us a complete priority the entire time we were there and helped us speed through the process. My experience was excellent!The new vehicle is amazing (2016 Jeep Compass, leased with a trade of my former 2007 Compass). The process was painless, enjoyable and faster than expected. I now have a "Car Girl" for family and friends when they ask, perhaps even a new friend.
