The worst customer service. The woman at the desk first claimed my license wasn't real from NYS because it didn't have a raised seal. Then said i couldn't purchase what I wanted because I didn't have a license in coloring hair. She said in a very condescending voice, "didn't they teach you that in schooling" even though I was there three months prior making the same purchase without any issue. This woman who was helping me knew absolutely nothing about hair color whatsoever. Why employ people who know nothing in the field. Futhermore, after I gathered my things to leave I said that they needed to work on their customer service and the other cashier said "bye bye sweeheart" ... what the hell. Who talks to people like that. Will never go here again. Cant believe I was accused of presenting a false document. This is bull. Fix the faces of your company.

Thee best customer service. Happy, friendly, smiles especially the manager she makes sure you get your savings even if she has to get you to come back from your car :) empire location need to learn from them. There the closest to my home but i prefer to go farther to greece location.
