Your service for the Bus trip from Syracuse on 2-26-2009 was the worst I have ever seen. You knew that there was 4 buses coming with 210 people and the service was terrible. You have 3 waiters in the main dinning room. The fellow and the older of the 2 waiter (female ) did the best they could. The younger blonde seem to have a attitude right from the get go. Table was not set up proper, no butter, cream for coffee, when we asked her she would cop a attitude. By the time we got the butter, the rolls were cold.



If you could not handle this amount of people you should of said so to the bus company where other arrangements could of been made. I have had better at Burger King. My chichen french was the worst I have had. They never clean the tables off after we ate, before we got ice cream.



I will tell people about your resturant and service. I am a waitress my self in Syracuse. NY
