Waited an hour to order a dress that I had previously tried on with the bridal party at a separate time. They keep all the information on file. Got the email stating my dress was in, went and picked it up. Later that day got a phone call from my bride saying I have the wrong dress. After 45 minutes on the phone finally got them to ship me a box to send back the wrong dress and get the new dress shipped to me. About a month later I get an email saying my dress was in. So much for it getting shipped to me. Terrible customer service and experience.

we waited 3 and 1/2 hours to try on 4 ugly dress... terrible
